GameSenser

Beach volleyball is the sport I love, and I wanted per-touch stats that come straight from the video. GameSenser watches a broadcast, finds the rallies, and labels every touch.

I tested it blind, on matches it had never seen, against ground truth marked by hand.

I ran it like a research program. Before each test I wrote down the pass line. When a result missed it, the miss was written up like any other result, not quietly retried until it passed.

AI agents wrote most of the code. I owned the problem, marked the ground truth, wrote the rules the agents worked under, and made the calls on what counted as passing.

The code is private. I'm happy to walk through how it works, and how I checked it, in conversation.
